BlueSky Commerce Named a 2024 Best Place to Work Company
BlueSky Commerce, a premier eCommerce Technology Consultancy and Experience Agency, proudly announces its recognition in the Indiana Chamber’s esteemed Best Places to Work rankings for the eleventh year in the small business category. CEO Todd Irwin emphasizes the company’s commitment to being the best workplace overall and tailoring the experience for each employee, ensuring their fulfillment, happiness, and success within BlueSky Commerce.
Numerous companies statewide underwent a rigorous two-part survey to vie for the Best Places to Work title. The initial phase scrutinized workplace policies, practices, demographics, and philosophies, comprising 20% of the evaluation. The subsequent employee survey, accounting for 80% of the assessment, gauged the workforce’s overall experience. The amalgamation of these scores determined the top-ranking companies, with Workforce Research Group overseeing the assessment process and final rankings in Indiana.
Josh Woody, BlueSky Commerce’s Vice President of Human Resources, underscores the pivotal role of talent acquisition and retention in a company’s triumph. He remarks, “Cultivating an inclusive culture where every employee feels valued and empowered has been central to our mission. Our founders, Todd Irwin and Eric Warne, have prioritized this ethos, driving our continuous efforts to nurture a workplace deserving of such accolades.” He further highlights the significance of employee feedback in shaping the company’s trajectory, noting the near-universal participation in the survey as a testament to employees’ belief in the impact of their voices.
Participants in the 2024 Best Places to Work program will receive comprehensive evaluations pinpointing organizational strengths and areas for improvement, invaluable for refining recruitment and retention strategies.
The official rankings will be unveiled during an awards ceremony on Wednesday, May 10, 2024, and subsequently featured in the Indiana Chamber’s BizVoice® magazine.
