Noblesville, IN – BlueSky Technology Partners (BlueSky) along with Noblesville Mayor John Ditslear and city officials broke ground on their new headquarters on June 29. The new four-story, 42,000 sq. ft. facility iis located one block west of the new Federal Hill Commons Park at the intersection of Westfield Road and John Street.

Ten years ago BlueSky made Noblesville their home, and is committed to spurring Noblesville economic growth. Due to significant growth, BlueSky owners Todd Irwin and Eric Warne met with city officials to strategize the location of building a new headquarters within the blossoming Downtown Noblesville community.

“Staying local and supporting local businesses played a key role in our decision to stay in Noblesville,” stated Warne. “The city has been good to us and for us, and we look forward to playing a part in propelling the city’s growth and opportunities.”

Assisting BlueSky with the project is local architectural firm, American Structurepoint + Interiors Group, and contracting firm, Meyer Najem, to conceptualize and execute the new 42,000 square foot headquarters with the top three levels used for collaborative office use. The main level at grade is intended for a restaurant tenant space and outdoor dining. An outdoor terrace off their common breakroom area on the fourth floor provides BlueSky with scenic views of historic downtown Noblesville and the new Federal Hills Commons area.

“We are excited to see BlueSky’s continued success and growth,” said Mayor Ditslear. “Their new headquarters is the first major development since the Federal Hill Commons project began. Our partnership will spur economic development and extend downtown Noblesville to the west side of the White River.”

When designing the building, BlueSky officials said it was important to listen to their employees’ vision of their new office space.

“At BlueSky, our people matter,” said Irwin. “We care passionately about our work culture, and wanted to be sure our vision resonated with our employees’ vision. American Structurepoint led a collaborative visioning session that provided great feedback from twenty-five of our employees, and based on that session the architects were able to program and design a building that promotes our company culture and brand.”

The project is expected to be completed by the summer of 2017.
